These sessions are for greater Boulder or Denver area clients only
1 on 1 or group in-home strength training sessions. Custom programming and coaching in the comfort of your own home, utilizing the equipment you have.

In-person (local only) or Virtual – This educational session provides personalized instruction on self-soft tissue techniques and mobility exercises designed to meet your individual or group needs, helping you feel your best and recover effectively. After the session, you'll receive an overview and a model of the exercises covered for easy reference.
*Equipment is required for this session. It can be customized to work with the equipment you already have, or for optimal results, recommendations will be provided.
